For me the money quote is:

I really could not agree more. As the owner of a company, I meet many people supposedly looking for a job.
In one interview, I asked a young lady why she had left the previous job. She told me she had been "constructively dismissed and was now suing her former employee in a tribunal"
Apparently, this was a recommendation on why I should hire her.
