1. RETURN POLICY. Upon receipt of your coins, you will receive a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee from Signature Rarities, Ltd. Purchases and returns within the E.U and United States are limited to 15 days after receipt.
2. GUARANTEED GRADE & AUTHENTICITY. In addition to the corporate guarantee of authenticity provided by Signature Rarities Ltd on all items sold, grading corporations provide their own guarantee that a coin is authentic and has reached its assigned grade. This assures you that what you own is real and has the highest standard in the industry.
3. MANAGEMENT. We are able to provide trading accounts on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis by separate agreement. Appreciation per annum is not guaranteed and like all investment past performance is not a guarantee of the future.
4. PAYMENT & DELIVERY. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Electronic Transfer and Bankers Draft. Delivery of your coins will take place via Insured Registered post or Bonded Courier within 28 days of cleared funds. Once you have received your coins, our return policy begins.
5. SALE & RETURN. We will provide you with regular market and price updates via written reports, email and telephone. When it's time to liquidate, we will confirm a price with you and if you agree, then you return your coins back to us.
6. OUR COSTS. Proceeds of your sale will be sent back to you in a private method. Our commission for selling is 4% of the total sale price in addition to any Auction fees. For coins purchased through outside dealers 10% of gross sale price will be levied.
